As we move into fall, winter, and the holidays I have been thinking about the busyness to come but making sure I stay grateful for the opportunities before me. I am very thankful for the fun and friends I have made through my crafting, especially my fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who are always there to share creating ideas and laughs.
From November 3 – 11 I spent time with my fellow demonstrators in Orlando, Florida. Stampin’ Up! was celebrating their 30th Anniversary with a big celebration from November 8 – 10 so you can look forward to some new ideas coming your way.
Thanks to friendships made through Stampin’ Up! I celebrated my birthday (November 4) with two friends, Lisa Wellman and Mary Haugen, at all four Disney Parks. They have agreed to make my birthday the 4-Park Challenge day. Our goal was to have fun, enjoy life, and be kids for a day. Believe me, we accomplished our mission – I have the pictures to prove it! Here’s just a sample.
My reflections in this post made me think about a keynote delivered on January 31, 2015 at the Stampin’ Up! Leadership Convention in Orlando by Jason Wright. He discusses the long lost art of handwritten letters and cards. I know the video (link below) is long (just under an hour) but it so worth the time.
I have now been inspired to start a Make A Card, Send A Card program. You might be surprised that I have amassed a vast quantity of unsent cards – sometimes because I am too fond of the creations to part with them and sometimes I simply like creating and make way too many!!
If you would like to receive a special unsent card, please email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) your information (name and address) and I would be happy to send you one!
I have been notified that as of now the following Holiday Catalog items are running low. This means if you want these I would recommend placing an order now. We don’t know when these products will go out of stock, but it’s possible some may run out as early as next week.
How would you like to get crafting supplies as gifts? Well it’s possible and easy!
Stampin’ is something I really like to do, so I’m making a little list for you! Pick one, two or three sets for me, cuz I sure would love to find them under my tree. I’ve really been good this year and there’s nothing I’d love better than some new stampin’ gear! Just Contact my Demo (Roxie Nitti) to order from my list. I’m sure by now, Santa, you’re getting the gist! The goodies will appear at your front door. Simple for you, and for me, stampin’ galore!!-
Just print this Santa Wish List, add your favorite items, email me(email@example.com) and give a copy to your family and friends. Have your friends and family order through me and I will make sure that there are no duplicates. I will be happy to gift wrap. Be sure to ask me about this service. I accept cash, check, or credit card
