Well it’s snowing in Minnesota so I thought I would share Stampin’ Up!’s SnowFall Accents Puff Paint. It helps provide 3D effect to your cards or other projects.
All you need to do is apply paint to project, heat set, and paint puffs up. More details can be found in this video.
